We strive to provide a quality service to our patients. We allow extra time for your initial consultation, usually between 40 and 60 minutes. This is in order to make an accurate diagnosis, as this is essential to determine the type of treatment you require. Consultation is by appointment which can be made by phoning our receptionists, or book online (if a chronic pain condition phone reception for a longer consultation time).

EFTPOS and HICAPS systems are available for payments and immediate reimbursements. Pensioners also receive a discount. Patients with injuries resulting from a work-related or motor vehicle accident require a referral from a medical practitioner, otherwise a doctor’s referral is not required. Patients with complex conditions may also access up to five physiotherapy consultations a year through the Medicare Plus program. This allows the patient to be reimbursed some of the cost through Medicare. This program requires a doctor’s referral.
